As part of a three-person senior design team, I led the creation of a high-volume, social-first content system for FIFA’s World Cup 2026 Final Draw, held in Washington, D.C. and delivered in real time to a global audience. The work covered full tournament match schedules, ticketing communications, live draw outcomes, and host city–specific matchups across 16 host cities in three countries—built specifically for FIFA’s social channels. I was solely responsible for the design and execution of the host city matchup carousels.

Collaborating with stakeholders across Zurich and Miami, I navigated a complex, multi-region approval process to ensure alignment and consistency across all deliverables. In total, we produced over 4,000 unique assets in six languages (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Arabic). Operating under intense live conditions, some assets were concepted, built, and published in under a minute. The project supported the largest World Cup to date, hosted across the USA, Canada, and Mexico, setting a new benchmark for scale, speed, and global reach.
